Moringa

What it is: Moringa powder is made from drying and grinding the leaves of the Moringa oleifera tree, native to India and Africa.

What it does: Moringa has a high antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capacity.

How it works: Moringa leaves contain a wide variety of polyphenols and phenolic acids, flavonoids and flavanol glycosides, isothiocyanate, and anthocyanins. These compounds are known to individually reduce oxidative stress, but the increased potency of moringa is not yet fully understood.
